News re CAUL's website redesign

Updated 5 April, 2009

CAUL's new website design will be released in the near future ....

Its purpose will not change - it is still designed to provide information about CAUL and its programs, for members, associates such as CONZUL and CEIRC program participants, the wider university population, those in higher education and libraries and those interested in all of the above.

Most of its content will continue to be open access. Most site users will not need to register to use the site.

Some of its content has always been restricted to members of CAUL and CEIRC, and will continue to be.  This members-only content will be accessible to those who register to use the site.

When registering to use the site, you will use your official institutional email address as your ID and your own self-selected password.  Only those with email addresses belonging to CAUL and CEIRC institutions will be eligible to register., a CAUL email list for web administrators, has been repurposed for use in verifying the validity of all registrant's email addresses.  Self-registrations to this list are no longer being accepted.  Potential website registrants should wait until the new site has been launched.

Please contact the CAUL Office if you would like any further information.
