eTG Complete [Offers to CAUL, via HCN 28/8/06]

New pricing schedule for electronic Therapeutic Guidelines - University libraries only. (22/11/07)
.... a new pricing scheduled for online access to Therapeutic Guidelines for university libraries. The electronic version of Therapeutic Guidelines is called eTG complete, and is used extensively by medical, pharmacy and nursing students.
Until recently, we have only been able to offer a pricing schedule based on a small cost per student. However, as part of our ongoing website redevelopment program, we are delighted to announce that we are now in a position to be able to offer a pricing schedule based on the number of concurrent user licences required.
We would like to trial the concurrent user pricing model for a period of two years to assess uptake and gather feedback on this new licensing approach.
We would love to hear from you if you are interested in discussing our new concurrent user licence model. I am certain that you will find it an attractive option. Those university libraries which currently have a subscription to eTG complete with us based on a mutually negotiated price should contact us to discuss their specific subscription options.
We would also like to encourage you to check out the demonstration version of eTG complete to see some of the technical enhancements included over the past year or two - please click on http://tg.com.au/products/etg.html
. You will be able to see our new " i " button giving further detailed drug information and PBS availability, as well as explore some of the links to full-text articles, including Clinical Evidence if your library has a subscription to the online version, and time-saving ready reference calculators, etc.
I would like to urge you to consider supporting us during the trial period as we are keen to try to determine the most acceptable licensing and pricing structure.
