The Medical Journal of Australia (MJA) is Australia’s premier and peer-reviewed journal of medical practice and clinical research, published by the Australasian Medical Publishing Company Proprietary Limited (AMPCo) for the Australian Medical Association.

Licence.

Clause 5.1 does mean that libraries can use MJA for course packs and e-reserve and AMPCO has confirmed that this clause was designed for the purpose of course pack and e-reserve use by the libraries. The main stipulations in 5.1 are that articles can be used temporarily for non-commercial purposes.
Clause 5.3 regards reproduction outside of Educational Purposes. Libraries can be assured they can use the content in coursepacks and e-reserve.
Regarding point 2.5 on the vendor form, the answer is "Authorised use is defined as only Authorised users are able to access and the Service by means of any computer system, network or Internet portal that is owned, operated or controlled by or on behalf of the Licensee.  Terms of Use are available on AMPCO's website - http://www.mja.com.au".  Only where Reproduction is outside Education Purposes must a library seek permission from AMPCO.
